General Terms

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking and participating in tours operated by Loormalasin Adventure & Safaris. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Loormalasin Adventure & Safaris. A booking is considered confirmed once we send written confirmation and required deposits are received.

• Bookings should be made as far in advance as possible, especially during peak seasons
• All tour prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion

Payment Terms

A deposit is typically required to secure your booking, with the balance due before the tour starts. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

• Deposit amounts vary depending on the tour package
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods
• All payments should be made in the currency specified in the invoice
• Receipts will be provided for all payments received

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the tour package and timing. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation policies applicable to your tour.

Generally, cancellations made well in advance may receive partial refunds, while last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposits or full payment. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements for their chosen tours, including:

• Valid passports and necessary visas for travel to Tanzania
• Required vaccinations and health precautions
• Adequate travel and medical insurance
• Physical fitness appropriate for the tour activities
• Following guides' instructions and respecting local customs and wildlife

Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, safari activities involve inherent risks. Participants engage in tours at their own risk. Loormalasin Adventure & Safaris is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delay due to circumstances beyond our control.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal liability, and emergency evacuation. We operate with licensed guides and maintain appropriate operational insurance as required by Tanzanian law.

Changes to Itineraries

While we make every effort to adhere to published itineraries, we reserve the right to modify tour arrangements due to weather conditions, park regulations, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided when possible.

Conduct and Behavior

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, local communities, and wildlife. We reserve the right to remove participants from tours if their behavior is deemed dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful, without refund.
